This year the event brought together almost 3,000 people from different fields in logistics such as airfreight wholesalers and neutral consolidators, NVOCC’s, Freight forwarding companies, Shipping Lines, etc. It’s called ‘BUTI-BUTI’ it is named after a sausage made in Catalonia called ‘Butifarra’. People in this area use to cook it at the barbeque and is typically served with white beans typically and ‘Allioli’, a sauce made with olive oil and garlic originally”.
